Location : Yverdon-les-Bains

You have a banking training and considerable experience in a central file department of a bank and you are able to perform the tasks relating to the opening of accounts, transfers, termination of business relationships and efficient and rigorous monitoring of client files. You have excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English (Italian and Spanish would be a plus) and proficient in computer application (MS Word, Excel, Power Point). A knowledge of the APSYS banking application is an asset.
A sense of responsibility, team spirit, ease of communication, precision, swift execution and a sense of priorities are important for the people working in this department. You will work in a small, close-knit team where versatility and availability are necessary. Ongoing in-house training will be provided to match your position.

Payment transactions department

You will be in charge of executing all the transactions of a payments department (CH and abroad); you will be capable of deputizing for the permanent cashier during her absences. As a member of a small team of four persons, you are capable of working with precision, rigour, a spirit of initiative, availability and relate well to other people.
You have a perfect command of French and a very good knowledge of English. You feel comfortable with using computer programs in a Windows environment. You already have experience of using the APSYS banking application.

Business Development - institutional clients
Location : Geneva
Occupation rate : 100 %
With your confirmed experience client service in institutional management, you are keen to offer your skills and grow in a small team with a work philosophy focused on long-term client satisfaction.
You will be responsible for prospecting and developing new institutional relationships and will help to support existing clients by keeping in touch regularly with pension fund boards, companies and/or institutions. Your personality, with a gift for personal relations and a predilection for marketing, and your knowledge of financial markets will be indispensable to promote our offer and sell our mandates and investment funds to professional customers.
You will be fluent in French and English (other languages will be an advantage) and you will have experience in preparing and making presentations.
